- 5+ years experience as a Senior Systems Administrator preferably in a software development company.
- Excellent Communication Skills in English (verbal and writing)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent
- MCSE / MCSA – Windows 2000/2003 Certification
- Knowledge of company supported network platforms such as Windows Server, VMWare and Linux
- Good knowledge in IIS 6.0/7.0 Web Services, SQL 2000/2005/2008 Database Administration.
- Exposure to Firewall and Network Security Management.
- Knowledge and Experience in Microsoft SharePoint and BizTalk will be an added advantage.
- Responsibilities may require to work on Sweden calendar and work hours, and also on weekends in response to needs of the systems being supported
- Strong communication skills with overseas client handling exposure

- Consult with customers, Teamwork management and internal project stakeholders to evaluate requirements, recommend designs and coordinate tasks for installation of data networks.
- Recommend, Improve and Maintain Infrastructure security of Teamwork Group in response to industry developments, business demands
- Analyze and resolve technical problems for established networks.
- Positive attitude with results oriented mindset to overcome day-today technical and business challenges
- Plan, test, recommend, and implement network, file server, mainframe, and workstation hardware and software.
- Provide network documentation, training, and guidance to computing system clients and programmers.
- Serve as first-level technical specialist in network problems and emergencies.
- Conduct technical research on network upgrades and components to determine feasibility, cost, time required, and compatibility with current system.
- Install, configure and monitor software and hardware network components for their optimal performance.
- Work as a team member with other technical staff and cross functional teams to produce results on time.
- Maintain confidentiality according to the company stated procedures with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed by the network.
